# Spaaza API Request Investigator

Use this skill to investigate API outcomes and explain the reason in plain language.

## When to use

- Campaign did not apply as expected.
- Voucher status or basket result appears incorrect.
- API response differs from expected output.

## Workflow

1. Gather scope and evidence:
- endpoint(s), environment, timestamps, request/response samples, expected vs actual.

2. Reconstruct timeline:
- request input, key response fields, state changes.

3. Cross-check with documented endpoint behavior:
- use `docs.spaaza.com` or `docs-test01.spaaza.com` pages for the relevant endpoint.

4. Explain result:
- what happened,
- why it happened,
- evidence used,
- any missing data needed for certainty.

## Security

- Redact secrets and personal data from shared evidence.
- Do not store credentials/session values beyond the active session.

## Permission requests

If restrictions block required evidence access, ask before escalating:

- "My default settings do not allow me to access this log/source. Do you want to grant permission so I can continue the investigation?"
